Set in a stunning valley just 15 minutes drive from the west Algarve's finest beaches lies Walnut Tree Farm (Quinta dos nozes).

This eco-friendly carbon neutral restored farmhouse mixes the best of the old and new, Providing a great holiday location.

The farmhouse can sleep up to 10 people if you include the “treehouse” or 6 adults in the main house or 8 Adults + children.

The farm benefits from 2 streams that run through the property providing a cool paradise in the hot summers. There is also a swimming lake. If you are a bigger group it is possible to rent the yurt as well which can sleep up to 4.

If you have ever dreamt of living in a tree house this could be your chance.

Built in a 100 year old walnut-tree overlooking a clear mountain stream, this is an experience hard to forget.

It can be used in conjunction with the farmhouse or as a stand alone. Set up as it has its own hot-shower-mini kitchen and eco-toilet.

Activities

The west coast beaches are famous for their surfing potential and the area is also good for kite surfing, moutainbiking + hiking. Alternatively the gentle pursuits of bird watching, painting and relaxing in a beautiful natural environment. The night sky here is particularly stunning and star gazers will be close to star heaven.
