An exhilarating line up of summer activities at Mercedes-Benz World in Weybridge, Surrey, will set pulses racing this summer. The free visitor attraction promises to deliver the ultimate family day-out for the whole family.

Kids over 1.5 metres tall can make dreams reality by getting behind the wheel for their very own driving experience. In a dual-controlled Mercedes-Benz with a professional friendly driving coach in the passenger seat, they can choose between learning road skills on the specially designed road layout in an A-Class, or take an off-road 4x4 adventure in an M-Class over challenging terrain and obstacles.

For the first time, Kids’ Driving Experiences are not just available at Mercedes-Benz World in Surrey over the summer holidays. The new Mercedes-Benz Driving Experience Centre at Silverstone Circuit in Northamptonshire is now open and provides another legendary destination for anyone over 1.5 metres tall to experience the freedom of driving.

For younger visitors between three and six years old and who can’t reach the pedals in the Kids’ Driving Experience, there is ‘Little Learners’. For just £5 for 15 minutes, kids have the green light to drive a miniature battery powered version of the highly desirable Mercedes-Benz SL or SLK in a specially designed zone complete with roads equipped with traffic lights, junctions and a zebra crossing.

But the fun is not just for the youngsters – visitors can climb aboard one of the world’s most advanced high performance cars - a Mercedes-Benz AMG with a professional driving specialist at the wheel for a scintillating hot lap of the handling circuit and some sideways action around the sensational 360 degree wet skid circle. Or they could take in the breathtaking daily performance by the Silver Arrows Display Team as four drivers demonstrate awe-inspiring car control and precision in four V8-powered AMG models. Each day four lucky people win the right to join the team for an in-car view of their captivating performance.
