Wizard Chambers at the Georgian House Hotel
Until now, excited Harry Potter fans seeking the complete Harry Potter experience have had to settle for a local hotel or else return home after the magical Studio Tour. Now however, the Georgian House hotel can provide total submersion in Harry Potter’s world.
Designed to appeal to all Potter fans, young and old, the Wizard Chambers have been created to give the guest the experience of staying in a Hogwarts-like dormitory, complete with four-poster beds and curious artefacts.
The two rooms feature faux castle detail such as stained glass windows, stone walls, gothic arches, trunks, portraits and beds hung with red and yellow velvet curtains. Wood burning stoves, cauldrons in fireplaces and tapestries complete the look.
Built in 1851, the Georgian House hotel is still run by the original family. This independent bed and breakfast offers a high standard of bed and breakfast accommodation in the centre of London, with an emphasis on comfort and warm service. The Georgian House, close to Victoria Station, is ideally situated for access to all of London. There are easy connections to the airports and rail networks from Victoria Station (Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted) and City Airports (from Euston, Waterloo, King’s Cross, St Pancras and Paddington stations). Overnight parking is free of charge and there is a car park nearby for parking throughout the day.
