Hill Close Gardens
Hill Close Gardens are a rare survivals of Victorian gardens once used by Warwick townsfolk who lived above their business and wanted to escape from the crowded town centre. Owners and tenants came here after work to tend their flowers, fruit and vegetables or just to relax. While you can wander along old paths and find peace and tranquillity exploring the gardens and the little brick summerhouses children can follow the special trials.A fun activity for children under 12 years.Wander around the Gardens and find the answers to all the questions. Children's Garden Trails are available every weekend from April to the end of October. During all events, children must be accompanied by an adult. There are also plenty of special children's events to look out for throughout the year from Insect Inspectors, Flowerpot Fun, Grow and Explore sessions to our popular Teddy Bear's picnic.
