The Transport Film Festival at Spa Valley Railway

16th - 17th May 2020

Overview

The Transport Film Festival will be turning to the Spa Valley Railway in Tunbridge Wells on 16 and 17 May 2020.  The star attraction will be the 1960’s Vintage Mobile Cinema Van.

Working alongside the Vintage Cinema Van, parked at Groombridge station, will be the “Railway Cinema Coach” which will be shunted into the platform at Groombridge at frequent intervals over the weekend.

A Cinema Tent with retro 16mm projectors will show both classic and unique local transport films, (trams, trains, ships and planes) plus films of more general heritage interest in Kent and Sussex. Children can enjoy the vintage cartoon films.

Book a standard travel ticket and access to the films will be included at NO EXTRA charge! Travel from Eridge or Tunbridge Wells and spend as long as you wish at Groombridge where the main event takes place.
