Vertbaudet Girl's Orange Polka Dot Dress -review
Reviewed by Amelia age 7 and Claire Paye
What Vertbaudet do extremely well is day into evening wear, or, rather, party into park, for their target clientele. This is a beautifully made dress which is equally at home on the dance floor or the climbing frame. The colour combination - orange spots and bow on a light grey background - are quite an unusual colour for a girl’s dress, but they make a vibrant and cheerful change from pink.
The quality is excellent. The dress and lining are 100% cotton and as such the dress is quite a substantial weight, which makes it suitable for a range of temperatures with a cardigan. The bow at the back is sewn into place so that it remains neat, although it isn’t actually attached to the dress at the back. The skirt is wide enough to allow for plenty of movement.
Amelia is a tall 7 year old, who wears age 8-9 clothes. This particular dress is age 8 and as such it fits her perfectly with a little room for growth. She found this dress very comfortable and is looking forward to when the weather warms up to wear it again.
You can find out more and buy the dress on the Vertbaudet website.
