Ben 10 Ultimate Chest Badge - review
Ben 10 Ultimate Chest Badge
Reviewed for What To Do With The Kids
The Ben 10 Ultimate Chest badge is one of a new range of toys from Bandai. The original Ben 10 series and Ben 10 Ultimate Alien are being show daily on Cartoon Network - one of their best performing shows on the channel.
We invited Lucy and Ben, aged 6, to review the chest badge. Here is what they had to say.
Ben loves Ben 10 because they share a name - so he was really excited when the chest badge arrived.
It took a little while for me to find out how it worked and I needed to read the instructions to get it set up as I didn't realise at first that there are two modes: 'Try me' - which only allows you to hear one phrase, and 'On' which lets you hear all 16 phrases.
The design is great - the badge is worn on a strap around the neck but then clips through clothing so it looks like it is pinned to the chest. When you press the badge in the middle it flashes and you hear the alien character phrases.
I thought the phrases were a bit muffled and difficult to understand but the kids didn't seem to mind that too much.
It created a lot of excitement in the house with Ben and his friends and I think they will get a lot of enjoyment from the toy.
The Ben 10 Ultimate Chest Badge is suitable for children aged 4+ . It is available at £20.00 from Argos, Toys R Us, Tesco, Asda, The Entertainer, Smyths, Toymaster and all good toy stores.
